Brought my vehicle in for a recall and state inspection and oil change work was done to my satisfaction, facility was clean.Trina Raleigh kept me posted as to what was happening with my vehicle. I brought the car back the next day because I heard a noise on the drivers side service guy (sorry I don't remember his name) test drove it a couple of times, we didn't find anything wrong but I was assured that if I had any problems to bring it back in.Lastly I had a part fall of a year are so ago , I didn't say anything about it but it was brought to my attention which let me know my vehicle had been checked.

Metro Nissan of Dallas handled my covered warranty in a quick and efficient manner. The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.Quincy, who greeted me in the morning, told me the repair should take an hour. He led me to a special "quiet room" where I could work and read, along with coffee that he supplied. One hour later, Quincy arrived with my keys. Ready to go! I would definitely return. I recommend that service department with high grades all around.

Flew from Lubbock to Dallas to pick up my 2011 camaro. Before I even planned on heading to Dallas, Preston reached out and made sure everything was ready before I arrived in Dallas. Preston picked us up straight from the airport, took us to the dealership and immediately provided us with some cold water and snacks. The whole process was smooth, even waiting for the paperwork was entertaining as Preston kept us engaged and had some wonderful conversations. Also really appreciate the finance manger, Brent as he recognized we were in a hurry to drive back home to Lubbock in my new car. Overall a great experience, can’t say enough good things about Preston. Great salesman and even a better person.

Came in for a regular oil change & service update. Under Nissan warranty I got a new fuel pump & battery I wasn't expecting. Made an appointment & was out within an hour. I was given a rental car and had to come back the next day. Nice clean and repaired car was waiting for me. Aaron was great and on top of it. I've moved to Rockwall, but find myself keep coming back to where I know I will get great service. Their worth the drive !

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time because this place has the best staff I’ve ever dealt with in the car selling business. I was lucky enough to do business with Justin, Brent, and Todd. And Nissan is lucky to have representatives like these gentlemen. I can honestly say that the most important thing to these guys is “Make sure that Every customer leaves Metro Nissan happy”. It is super super rare to find car salesmen anywhere as good as the team at this location. Thanks again and know yall have a customer for life in me!

My sales experience was great, thanks to Kennan and Todd. Keenan was amazing throughout the process, this was my first car since I graduated college and I was hesitant to get a lease since other car dealers didn't take me seriously and even though I met all the criteria whether it was a good credit score or proof of income they wouldn't take their time with me. However, Keenan took his time and help me throughout the process, showed me every option I had in my price range let me test drive the ones I chose and helped me throughout the negotiation.And Todd help me get the best deal possible. I am very happy with my choice, and wouldn't have happened without Kennan!

Preston was friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan the Sales Manager made most of the deal we negotiated happen. Car was not detailed properly and Preston went out of his way to take me personally where they detail the car and had them clean all the spots that were missed. Waiting for a call back from Brandon the finance manager to fix the scratches from the inside but have no doubt he will make it happen. Rob also assisted in getting these pictures to the right people even though he wasn’t involved in the buying process. Purchased my vehicle at this location after shopping 6 other dealers because of their excellent service.

Efficient, professional and courteous. I was in a pinch for a new truck because my old one was becoming unreliable. Being a new father I didn’t want to run the risk of breaking down and being stranded on the side of the road with my daughter. I contacted Metro Nissan after finding the truck I wanted in their inventory online. Jason and Andrew took charge from there and not only worked to get me the truck I wanted at the price I wanted(with extended warranty.) They even delivered it to me the same day insuring my daughter would have safe and reliable transportation going forward. Thanks for the awesome customer service Metro Nissan! God bless!

I spoke with Aaron in the late afternoon and he was able to get me an appointment the next morning. He was very helpful in educating me on what my car needed and what to look for in the future. So glad I chose Metro Nissan to buy my Pathfinder this weekend. Everyone there was kind, helpful, personable, and great to work with. After test driving and talking with them about the SUV in person, I left unsure about going forward with the purchase. They called me soon after to follow up and were able to work with me to make sure I got the right price and was happy. I came back that same day, they had the paperwork waiting for me, and I was able to drive it home within an hour. My salesperson was Craig who was as sweet and caring as can be. The finance team was super great too. Thanks so much to everyone at Metro Nissan of Dallas. It was my first time buying and financing a car on my own and was also a nice birthday gift to myself to boot. Very grateful.

I have used them as my service center since 2019 when I bought my Rogue from them. That have always been very helpful and very courteous. It’s quite a drive for me from Flower Mound but I still go here for service as I trust them. I put a lot of miles on my vehicle so thanks for keeping it running smoothly.

Across the board the Service I received was Exceptional. The entire Process was Smooth and almost Effortless. Both Sales and Finance Team were very Friendly, Accomodating, Knowledgeable and most of all worked hard for me. I received a 2020 Nissan Kicks from Metro Nissan Dallas in January. Everyone that works there, are very professional and they still treat you with high/full respect. Doesnt matter what your credit history looks like, they are willing to work with you and try their hardest to get what you want. but do have common sense if you have a low or bad credit score, you will put money down or have a high car payment. you pay for what you want. but remember make payments on time and they will help you get that car payment back down in a year. do not give up, this business is welling to help you before someone else will.

Purchasing a car in with the challenges we face today could have been a real nightmare. I didn’t have this experience with Metro Nissan. I started out with an inquiry about the availability of a car and price via phone. I got a quick response and let them know I was just looking and not ready to purchase. When I was ready, I was able to conduct the entire purchase process over the phone and text message. I worked with Andrew Pendleton and Todd Counts and both were so easy to deal with. I didn't have any high-pressure sales and they were both very respectful of my time. I chose to go to the dealership to complete the paperwork, but they offered to deliver the car to me and sign all the paperwork at my home. I was in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes and Andrew brought the remainder of the paperwork to my house for my wife to sign. Dealing with Todd and Andrew was a real pleasure they are great assets to the Dealership.

Absolutely impressed with the service team. From the time they answer the phone till your in your automobile going home, they provide excellent customer service and care.

My Armada was cared for, parts were replaced and other housekeeping items addressed and I was back on the road within a few hours.

John and Jennifer were wonderful to work with and will be the reason I return.

I can't express how grateful I am.

My car died. It started out as a very stressful situation and was a COMPLETE disaster on CarMax' end. Thanks to John Mendow, I left today smiling. I needed a new transmission. The work was completed in less than 12 hours and with all the extra little details. My car is CLEAN, and the gas tank was filled. I hope the entire dealership is as good as John and the service department. If so, I know where I'm purchasing my next vehicle!!!
