The 2019 Nissan Armada is a steal of an SUV. Here’s why we think you should stop by your local Nissan dealer in Dallas as soon as possible!
Bang for Your Buck
The 2019 Nissan Armada is a surprisingly cheap SUV. The starting-tier SV trim can be yours for just $47,100 MSRP. Despite being an affordable entry-level trim, the SV doesn’t skimp on features. With a 5.6-liter DOHC 32-valve V8 engine, 18’ aluminum-alloy wheels and LED low-beam headlights, you get a lot for your dollars. The SV tier also sports two major standard safety systems. Intelligent Cruise Control and Automatic Emergency Braking both come on even this base-level trim, as well as Forward Collision Alert and Rear Door Alert.
On the other end of the spectrum, the top-tier Platinum Reserve trim will run you $63,330 MSRP. That price may be steep compared to the SV, true. Yet as Cars.com reported, it is a significant saving compared to similarly-equipped Ford Expeditions or Chevy Suburbans.
Vitality via V-8
While the Armada lacks multiple engine choices, the standard 5.6-liter V-8 packs one hell of a punch. The Armada is armed with 390 horsepower and 394 pound-feet of torque. Cars.com noted that when you pair the V-8 with the “smooth” seven-speed automatic gearbox the Armada has plenty of power and finesse.
Tackles Towing
While SUVs rarely match the raw strength of pickup trucks, the Armada still has some mighty muscles. When fully kitted out for towing, this SUV can take on up to 8,500 pounds. As Cars.com pointed out, the self-leveling rear suspension equipped on every Armada makes all that pulling power pleasant to perform.
Relax in Luxury
The 2019 Armada’s affordable price makes the high level of luxury inside quite the pleasant surprise. The upscale design and material selection makes it feel like a far more expensive SUV. As Cars.com pointed out, the Platinum Reserve’s “leather seating, soft-touch surfaces and elegant headliner material” wouldn’t be out of place in a so-called premium SUV. Compared against something like the Sequoia, the Armada’s interior kicks the competition’s derriere.
Seeing is Believing
One of the most handy features in the 2019 Armada is just how many cameras it carries. When linked together, you’ll love the 360-degree camera system’s all-around view. SUVs can be a bit clunky to control in tight spaces due to their bulky size, but with eyes everywhere, the Armada is a much easier creature to corral.
Did the 2019 Armada’s impressive pricing, surprising strength, trouble-free towing, leisurely luxury and all-seeing eyes woo you? Come on down and buy an Armada in Dallas today at Metro Nissan Dallas!
